Fall Wrestling Clinic
The Focus our Newberry College Fall Wrestling Clinic is simple- EXECUTION. We will explore critical concepts through high level drilling that are key to real time execution rather than step-by-step technical instruction. Our clinic is most beneficial for intermediate/advanced level wrestlers. Wrestlers will leave with a variety of drills that are critical for development and easy to add into the regular practice routine (great for Super 32 prep). Expect a high-pace training environment and come ready to work!

- 12:00pm Session II (top/bottom focus and live)
- 1:30pm Q & A with Newberry College Coaches and Wrestlers
